Please Attend the Zoning Board Meeting Tonight Concerning 27-31 Euclid Avenue

Concerning the variance application for 27-31 Euclid Avenue otherwise known as the old Flynn garage.  MRY Euclid LLC is seeking a variance for, among other things, to build a six apartment complex on less than a half acre when two acres are typically required for a multi-family structure in that zone.  If you are concerned about a large apartment complex on a small lot in our residential neighborhood of primarily single-family homes, please come this evening.

Today's meeting will be held at Summit Town Hall at 7:30pm.
